World Economic Forum – WEF_Global Competitiveness Report_2014-2015      In 2013, Switzerland topped the overall rankings. Singapore overtook Sweden for 2nd position. Northern and Western European countries dominated the top 10 with Finland 4th, USA 5th, Germany 6th, the Netherlands 7th, Denmark 8th and the UK 10th. Japan is 9th despite falling three places since 2012.
